Overview
As the holiday progresses, the meta has slowed down a bit thanks to a host of strong level 7 and 8 boards that make it much more difficult for players to rush to level 9 and just spam legendaries. The comp that is the lynchpin of this shift is undoubtedly centered around Yunara, and this variation is the easiest and often strongest way to play her.

When to Play
You have Sword and Bow early
You have a Yordle or Ionia opener
You have a strong econ opener with no direction otherwise
How to Play
The two strongest ways to play this comp are from a Yordle opener or a good Ionia opener, which means gold generation or XP generally. The on-hit Ionia version is strong, too, but requires you to have econ generation elsewhere. The one time you generally want to avoid this comp is when it's the Ionia that gives HP and stacking AD and AP per Ionian cast.
The most important item on Yunara is Infinity Edge, which may be due to a bug on it that makes it extra powerful on her right now. As this gets adjusted, Kraken's will probably become her strongest item. Guinsoo's is a great item in the early game because so much of early fights is auto-attack reliant, but it's not something you need to go out of your way for in late game when fights are much quicker.
Your main tank can be Taric or Wukong -- whichever one you hit first. Your goal is to upgrade one of them before pushing for level 9. Upgrading Yunara makes a big difference but not as big as having some front line. You can supplement missing Yunara if you're able to hit Lissandra, for example. Liss will be your duo carry most games as it will be difficult to hit Ryze2.
You will automatically unlock Ryze once you're level 9. You do, however, need to play one round on level 9 with this board before he's actually unlocked, so you can play any filler unit for a turn before getting him. Sometimes it's smart to level to 9 off tempo even if you don't have anything to play just so you can get to him quicker.
If other boards have a lot of AoE damage, it's fine to move Yunara off of the Freljord hexes. Don't greed it!
There are other variations you can play. For example, you can run Braum and Xin Zhao instead of Wukong and Sejuani, and then run Sett over Kennen. The goal is generally to just have some front line in front of Yunara.
In games where you're able to push to level 9, you can drop out of Frejlord entirely and play around legendaries instead. Sett, Volibear, and Ryze are all extremely good win conditions for capping out your board as long as you have items for them. One of the main reasons the above board is recommended is because you typically won't have items for everyone.
You want to follow the standard leveling curve, which you can read more in depth about here.
