A replay system allows players to watch recorded gameplay, including specific rounds or entire matches, to analyze their performance or watch other players' games. Players have been asking for a replay system since VALORANT was released 5 years ago.

Riot has been working on replay system since at least Jan 2024.
VALORANT youtube channel talked about working on a replay system in a video released on May 21, 2024. Watch it here. The gist is that its a work in progress and they have several technical challenges they are working on.
Few data miners found icons in game files that can be potentially used in replay system in patch 10.02.
