The biggest new thing for this patch is going to be the new ARAM Mayhem mode, which may change the way ARAM is played forever. Riot has found a lot of success with implementing augments into other game modes and will now try that with ARAM. We'll keep you updated with an ever-evolving Tier List to help you pick the best augments!

Doran's Ring regen nerfed
Doran's Shield healing nerfed
Second Wind nerfed (not an item but nerfed for the same reasons as the Doran's Items -- to make poking in lane phase more meaningful)
