Lillia Build Guide

Lillia Build Guide

Overview

One of the fastest champions in the game, Lillia darts around the map and can threaten engages on enemies at pretty much any point in the game. Combined with good damage on her kit, she’s a champion that excels at starting fights and at chunking out enemies for your team to follow up on. Keys to Remember About Lillia

  1. Because you can proc your ultimate from anywhere, as long as you've tagged your opponent, Lillia is one of the best champions in the game at securing picks -- especially late game. Your goal is put multiple people to sleep and then run them down with your team.

  2. Swirlseed [E] should be thrown out basically at will late game -- it only takes one hitting a key target for you to be able to pull the trigger on your ultimate to put them to sleep.

Strengths

The passive on Blooming Blows [Q] means Lillia can become extremely fast, which allows her to easily run down enemies if she’s able to tag them from afar with Swirlseed [E]. It only takes a tag on enemy champions for her to immediately follow up with Lilting Lullaby [R], which has potential to become a huge multi-person sleep to set up either her own AoE damage in Watch Out! Eep! [W] or for another teammate to get them. That she can cast it from super long distances means her pick potential is great, especially in the late game when teams are more likely to clump.

Weaknesses

She can be bullied a bit in the early game, as she’s a squishier champion, which means she needs to be careful with her pathing lest she run into the enemy jungler. She’s also reliant on actually landing Swirlseed [E] onto key targets to get her ultimate off, and while it’s not terribly difficult to get hits considering how often she’ll be able to use it, enemies who are constantly paying attention are going to find it fairly easy to dodge. And even if she manages to get off a Lilting Lullaby [R], enemies have time to disperse before it goes into effect, and allies may accidentally wake them up before you’re able to properly punish them.

Game Plan

  1. Early Game: Try to farm and scale up as quickly as possible. You have some solid damage but it’s hard to secure kills without set up from your laners until you get your ultimate online.

  2. Mid Game: You have great pick potential at this point between your Swirling Seed [E] and your ultimate -- if they are at all isolated, just hit R and run them down!

  3. Late Game: Same concept as mid game except it’ll be much harder to find isolated targets. Your goal is to put at least two or three enemies to sleep so your team can follow up with a proper engage.
