Strong AD opener + items
Lobby strength is weak 2-1
Weak Stage 2 opener
No immediate slammable AD items
2-1 scouting shows multiple strong AD openers with Aphelios item slams
This comp should only be played from a tempo position, do not bleed HP to force. The idea behind this comp is not the final board, but leveraging its strong early line for a tempo advantage, preserving HP for late-game insurance whilst your enemies risk elimination.

Tips:
Primal Buff: Tiger
Red buff is BIS on Aphelios, however the comp has in built anti-heal, therefore Kraken, Guinsoos build is acceptable to preserve swords for Nidalee
Kogmaw provides free Shred and Sunder
Main Tank: Can be either Sentinel or Amumu depending on which one you hit 2-star first. [Items flexible: Gargoyle, Warmogs, Spirits Visage]
If you low roll Sentinel, Amumu + upgraded Juggernauts is better
Must Position Nidalee to face the enemy’s weakside
Maintain a strong economy, your early line should be strong enough to sustain wins without rolling heavily
Last resort: Pivot into Nidalee Sivir, maybe into Juggernaut Flex
Flexible early lines
Stage 2: It is imperative you open with a strong AD opener that can hold Aphelios / Nidalee items. Do not worry about BIS items - tempo is more valuable for this comp than its cap ceiling. You want to set the pace and apply pressure immediately to start tanking enemy HP. 4 Ravagers is good too if you hit.

If you naturally hit other strong AD units and frontline - don’t hesitate to play them. TFT shouldn’t be played rigid, and you will roll down at 4-2 anyway

It’s perfectly acceptable to open with Hunters start, for example if your opener gives the Deathblade, Red buff, Giant Slayer direction and upgraded Cinderling/Caitlyn. [Keep cashing out at 40g if playing 3 coven]
The premise is to build any sensible AD line that has a strong frontline with synergy and backline who can hold items well. There is no point in greeding units and items because if you’re sacking HP for it, the comp will get out-scaled anyway and bot 4.
Mid-Game example
Stage 3: Another strong mid-game comp focusing around riftbeast and juggernauts.
Mama-Beak is a solid item holder for Aphelios and Murk Wolf is underrated for Nidalee, it has similar mechanisms to Nidalee (launching into the backline carry) and can hold her items. You can always hold generic AD items like Red buff and Shojin for a potential flex into Sivir Juggernauts.

Again, be flexible - if you hit a Rengar = that can be your Nidalee holder + provide econ. Continuously playing the strongest board, be creative and don’t follow a comp guide strictly.Beast mark on strongest Rift-beast currently
Stage 4: By now you should have 1 item augment and 1 econ augment.
Take a combat augment for your 3rd option and level to 8, aggressively roll for all relevant 4 cost units.
Do not hesitate to reach 0. This comp's identity is the pace in which it pushes the lobby to roll for their strongest board and spend econ.
By now you should be healthy, enemies are low, and you have just taken a combat augment for your final push. It’s a do or die situation. if the final board is even 70% complete it is fine.
You should always roll for combat wisps in late-Game stages here - your goal now is to completely finish off those you got low in the early game from the aggressive tempo. For each fight ensure a combat wisp is enabled.
A top 4 is a success.
