Luna Snow, also known as Seol Hee, is a Strategist hero in Marvel Rivals, utilizing cryokinetic abilities to heal allies and deal powerful damage to enemies. As both a pop star and a superhero, she brings a unique mix of support and control to the battlefield.
Fires three frost shards per round.
Damage: 20 per shard
Healing: 20 per shard
Ammo: 30
Fire Rate: 0.5s per shot
Critical Hit: Yes
Range: Falloff starts at 20m, reducing to 60% at 40m.
Shoots a block of ice that freezes enemies.
Damage: 50
Freeze Duration: 2.7s (canceled if hit after 0.5s)
Projectile Speed: 60m/s
Special Effect: Can interrupt Ultimates like Scarlet Witch’s Reality Erasure.
Temporarily enhances Light & Dark Ice, shooting five shards instead of three.
Damage: 50 per shard
Healing: 75 per shard
Duration: 6s
Cooldown: 15s
Places Idol Aura on an ally.
Effect: Converts all healing Luna Snow does to others to the target with Idol Aura.
Bonus: If healing the target directly, they gain 35% extra healing.
Luna Snow dances, providing one of two effects:
Healing Mode: Heals 250 HP per second and grants bonus HP.
Damage Mode: Grants 40% increased damage to allies.
